MOTUS is a premiere chauffeured luxury vehicle broker and trip planning service. We do not own or operate any vehicles. Unlike traditional limo services, MOTUS operates as a broker, giving us the flexibility to partner with a wide range of top-tier local providers. This ensures that wherever you are, you’ll receive the same high standard of service, tailored to your unique needs.

The big companies that are first on the web searches are not necessarily the best. Those companies usually have a vast global network, making it difficult to know the drivers personally, or worse, know their customers personally. At MOTUS, we assign a single concierge for your account, meaning, you will not speak to a different person each time you contact us. We believe that this truly provides a top-notch concierge service. In fact, the majority of our contracted limo operators are small, family-run companies. We strongly believe that these businesses have more passion for what they do and provide unmatched customer service.

Additionally, the large companies tend to charge much more due to the cost of being first in the web searches or paying for their large fleet of vehicles and drivers. While we do charge for our service, we almost always undercut the big companies by partnering with the small local operators that do not pay a high overhead.

We operate nationwide. Most big limo operators have availability in select cities, but not in rural areas. We have coverage everywhere. If there is a location that we haven’t operated in, we research the best operators and speak to the owners to ensure they meet our high standards and share the same passion we do.

1)Standard chauffeured rides: This includes sedans, SUVs, stretch limos and sprinter vans. Whether this is for an airport transfer, a night out, or wedding / prom, we will make your ride perfect.

2) Corporate needs: Are you a frequent business traveler? Send us your schedule and we will take care of the rest. How great would it be to deal with just one ground transport specialist no matter where you travel to?

3) Long haul rides: Don’t like to fly and you want a one way ride for a long distance trip? No problem, we have plenty of drivers that will get you from Point A to Point B, no matter how far away Point B is.

There are many reasons why to choose MOTUS over the ride-sharing companies:

1) Scheduled service – Ride-sharing companies use an on-demand model where we use scheduled service. The problem with on-demand is that the driver does not know their passenger’s destination until they pick up the passenger. If the driver does not want to take your ride, they cancel on their customer, leaving you stranded to find another driver. This can be devastating if you must be some place on time such as the airport or to a meeting. At MOTUS, our driver knows the route well in advance so there will be no last-minute cancellations. Additionally, the driver is able to plan the route to avoid traffic, road closures, and optimal drop off points.

2) Vehicles – Uber & Lyft allow virtually any vehicle to be used to drive passengers. We only partner with operators that drive late model luxury vehicles. It’s not just about aesthetics, it’s about professionalism and vehicle reliability and comfort. If you need an SUV, our limo partners use large SUVs that can usually hold 6 passengers. Uber & Lyft regularly schedule passengers small SUVs that may not hold the requested number of passengers comfortably.

3) Driver Experience – Our drivers know the region in which they’re driving intimately. It’s their job to know. They know the right place to pick you up or drop you off at the airport, the perfect spot to park at the stadium, and know the alternate routes to avoid traffic. Ride-share drivers typically do not have this type of experience, leading to delays in you getting to where you need to be. At many large airports, ride-sharing vehicles have a dedicated spot to pick up their passengers, typically quite a far walk from baggage claim. MOTUS drivers will meet you in baggage claim with your name on a sign for easy identification.
