How do I book a ride?

All you have to do is give us a call, send us an email, or submit a quote request. One of our expert trip advisors will collect your trip information. From there, we will contact our local partners, find the best rate, and get back to you with the best options. Easy!
What is MOTUS?

MOTUS is a premiere chauffeured luxury vehicle broker and trip planning service. We do not own or operate any vehicles. Unlike traditional limo services, MOTUS operates as a broker, giving us the flexibility to partner with a wide range of top-tier local providers. This ensures that wherever you are, you’ll receive the same high standard of service, tailored to your unique needs. The big companies that are first on the web searches are not necessarily the best. Those companies usually have a vast global network, making it difficult to know the drivers personally, or worse, know their customers personally. At MOTUS, we assign a single concierge for your account, meaning, you will not speak to a different person each time you contact us. We believe that this truly provides a top-notch concierge service. In fact, the majority of our contracted limo operators are small, family-run companies. We strongly believe that these businesses have more passion for what they do and provide unmatched customer service. Additionally, the large companies tend to charge much more due to the cost of being first in the web searches or paying for their large fleet of vehicles and drivers. While we do charge for our service, we almost always undercut the big companies by partnering with the small local operators that do not pay a high overhead.
Where does MOTUS operate?

We operate nationwide. Most big limo operators have availability in select cities, but not in rural areas. We have coverage everywhere. If there is a location that we haven’t operated in, we research the best operators and speak to the owners to ensure they meet our high standards and share the same passion we do. If you are a frequent traveler, MOTUS is perfect for you. You will never be outside our coverage area or wonder if a limo company is reliable.
What types of trips can I book with MOTUS?

If you can dream it up, we can make it happen! 1)Standard chauffeured rides: This includes sedans, SUVs, stretch limos and sprinter vans. Whether this is for an airport transfer, a night out, or wedding / prom, we will make your ride perfect. 2) Corporate needs: Are you a frequent business traveler? Send us your schedule and we will take care of the rest. How great would it be to deal with just one ground transport specialist no matter where you travel to? 3) Long haul rides: Don’t like to fly and you want a one way ride for a long distance trip? No problem, we have plenty of drivers that will get you from Point A to Point B, no matter how far away Point B is. 4) Experiences: Trust MOTUS to build your perfect itinerary for whatever experience you can think of. We do vineyard / distillery tours, holiday light tours, take a car and driver out of town for the weekend, take a large group to the big game or concert. There is nothing that we can’t do.
